Struggling with Intestinal Dryness and Weak Digestion - #47547

I have intestinal dryness . I often feel dehydration . I have weak digestion also . I have constipation in winter only . When I take churan it doesn't create pressure downside it creates pressure upside . I feel womiting or nausea .

Hello,
I hope you feel hungry before your meals and you are not skipping the meals and also there is no stress factor.
If so the following will help you address the issue:
1. Hingutriguna lehyam (avs, kottakkal) one teaspoon after dinner with a cup of hot water for 15 days.
2. Vayu Gulika 2-----2-----2 after each meal with a cup of cumin tea For 90 days.
Diet:
1. Consume freshly cooked warm food at set timings for 3 meals.
2. Avoid all kinds of processed food, refrigerated food, outside food, oily-spicy food for 90 days.
3. Let the water be hot to warm while drinking
Lifestyle:
Daily practice of yogasana for an hour.
