I have fungal infection and psoriasis for last 1 year more itching infection spreding in both legs and back side what is take to control this infection.

Avoid sour, fermented and dairy and bakery products. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Use Actaril soap for bathing. Cutisora oil for local application Tab.Protekt 2-0-2 Tab.Cutisora 2-0-2 Tab Manjistha 2-0-2 Follow up after 2 weeks.
