Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Drink sufficient quantity of water. Massage with kumkumadi oil before bath. Tab Neem 2-0-2 Sy.Amypure 20 ml twice Follow up after 2 weeks.
