There is insufficient evacuation. 4.I have started farting allot. I developed lot of gas in my colon and rectum because of potty lying there. It smells bad. I took GASEX OF HIMALAYA for 6 months. Hello, As you have mentioned you had a acute stress, that has clearly affected the functioning of GI tract. Though you are feeling relaxed, the past experience of stress may be still impacting your gut. Practicing yougasana(45 minutes)-pranayama(15minutes)-meditation(30 minutes) everyday, consistently after learning from an well experienced teacher will help you to resolve the effect of deep seated past stress(if any, without your knowledge). I hope your ayurveda doctor is already giving you the medicines. If not please take the following: 1. Kalyanaka ghritham 2–0–2 one hour before breakfast and one hour before dinner with a cup of hot water for 120 days. 2. Dasamoola haritaki lehyam 10 grams at bed time with a cup of hot water for 90 days. Take care, Kind regards.
