Concerns About Fluctuating Blood Pressure and Anxiety - #47766

Hi I am 28 year old male One month back i randomly checked my bp it was high and than I went for all the test and everything was normal but doctor prescribed me alopatic bp medicine but I haven't started because when I have check after some days it was normal and now I got anxiety about bp and recently I checked bp once it was high than again I checked it was normal so all the time reading is changed so what to do.. Should I start mukta vati ?
