Whole Body Numbness and Digestive Concerns - #47788

About last April, I believe that i passed into the in-between for a while, and since then, I have had some whole body numbness, lower body feels like it is being controlled by another. When I take a cold shower, I feel like my head is "drained" of mucus for a short time. Sometimes when I eat, it feels like the food is moved around in my throat and sometimes I don't "eat" it. It feels like it goes somewhere else. If the food stays there for a while, I feel quite a lot of tension in my upper back. When I get up in the morning, I can't stand up without the tension in my upper back causing a lot of shoulder pain when I relax. I was recommended Anu Tailam Nasya Oil for my sinuses but I wanted to consult a professional My usual constitution is Vata-Pitta.

Avoid chilled, fermented and processed foods… Regular exercise and meditation. Use boiled water for drinking. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Cap Brahmi 1-0-1 Tab Immunocin 1-0-1 Ashwagandha rishta 15ml twice after meal with lukewarm water Follow up after 2 weeks.

Hello, The following will help you feel better: Ayurveda medicines: 1. Saraswatarishtam with gold 15ml----0------15ml after breakfast and after dinner by adding 15ml of boiled cooled water for 90 days. 2. Kalyanaja Ghritham Capsules(avp) 2-----0-----2 with medicine no.1 3. Vidaryadi kashayam 20ml—0-----20ml by adding 80ml of boiled cooled water one hour after breakfast and one hour after dinner for 90 days.

Diet- 1. Vegetarian diet with kichdi as part of every day(one meal) 2. Freshly Cooked warm food food 3. Avoid all outside-deep fried and refrigerated-processed food 4. Drink 2 liters of boiled cooled water

Lifestyle- 1. Let there be a gap of 1.5 hours between dinner and going to bed 2. Start practicing gentle yogasana-pranayama-meditation after learning from a experienced teacher.
