Dealing with Dry, Itchy Skin and Pigmentation - #47796
Namastey there! I have been consulting consulting you all for sometime. Thank you so much for the assistance and guidance. Right Now I have realised that my skin has become very dry and itchy(winter has worsen it) and i have started getting light pigmentation on my face. I also have some tiny spots on my skin. I am 40 years of age. Earlier i was diagnosed with vata dosha and I am taking medication like dashmoolarishta, brahmi vati, ashwagandha churna sankhapushpi and hingvastak churna. What do you suggest?
