Concerns about Unintentional Weight Loss and Digestive Issues - #47805

Hello sir/madam my concern is my weight is reduced from 83 to 69 without any diet and heavy exercises. I have stomach issues like indigestion, gas, loose stool, diarrhea ,fullness in stomach after eating small portion. This thing is from last 1 - 2 year's. Have tired allopathic treatment but no results and after that homoeopathy medicine it controlled for few months but again same issue. Now i am without any medicine just having basic plain food no spicy and too much of oily. Doing simple yoga n meditation. I have tea 2 times no bad habits like smoking n drinking.Muscle is reduces in size , hairs n beard have dull don't know what to do?

Namaste As you mentioned Unexplained weight loss for 1-2 years must be investigated. Please get the following tests done CBC, ESR, CRP, LFT, KFT, TSH, T3, T4, Vitamin B12 & Vitamin D, Serum Protein & Albumin, Stool Tests, USG Abdomen if needed. Start the medicine 1) Hingvashtak Churna+Dadimashtak Churna - ½ tsp with warm water before meals, twice daily 2) Bilva Avaleha - 1 tsp After meals, twice daily Use fresh Takra (Buttermilk) + roasted jeera + rock salt 1 glass after lunch 3) Kutaj Ghan Vati - 1 tablet twice daily after meals.

Avoid Heavy food, Spicy, Oily, Baked, bakery items, fermented foods, milk and milk products. Take moong dal and masoor dal only Old rice and wheat.
