मेरा bilirubin बढ़ा हुआ था आयुर्वेदिक उपचार कराया सही हो गया इस दौरान करीब 2 साल परेसान रहा गैस भी बनती थी 4,5 महीने दवा chali abhi sahi ho गया ab ताकत बढ़ाने और वजन बढ़ाना चाह रहा hu jo की घट गया है तो गैस बनती है खासकर दोपहर बाद भूख bhi जल्दी जल्दी लगती है ashwagandha khata हू तो गैस बनती है ghee se bhi
