Dry Tongue and Mouth with Cracks - Seeking Solutions - #47858

Dry tongue and mouth for months and now tongue has cracks in it. How can I fix this? All my blood work is normal but this is not.

Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery

Hello,
1. Start drinking 2 liters of water which is boiled with a pinch of roasted cumin throughout the day.
2. Oil pulling with Valiya arimedas thailam(kottakkal) everyday morning before brushing.
3. Chitrakadi vati 1----1----1 after each meal for 3 days; once 3 days course is over shift to the following for 60 days
4. Valiya chinchadi lehyam(kottakkal) 1 teaspoon—0----1 teaspon after breakfast and one teaspoon after dinner with a cup of warm water for 90 days.
