Seeking Relief from GERD and IBS with Home Remedies - #47901

Hello I have gerd problem from post 4.5 years, but not persistent. But my gut became very weak after taking so many allopathy medicines. I took so many antacids an antibiotics. From past 5 months I continuously suffering from gerd and ibs. I have 4 mm umbilical hernia and 6 mm gallbladder polyp. I haven't get it operated yet, As my doctor said let's wait and see. Please recommend home remedies, medications, food to avoid.
