Increased Pain and Size of Hemorrhoids - #48013

Piles hamoroid since 2020. recently noticed increased size. Its pinching pain at anal hammoroid since Last 3 days. Constipation and loose motion has aggravated the problem. I started sarpagandha vati few weeks back as high bp started 3 months back.
