🌿 AYURVEDIC INTERNAL MEDICINES

1️⃣ Bhringaraj Churna Dose: 1 teaspoon How: With warm water or milk Time: Morning after breakfast Benefit: Best herb to stop hair fall & promote regrowth

2️⃣ Amalaki Churna Dose: 1 teaspoon How: With lukewarm water Time: Evening after meals Benefit: Controls Pitta, strengthens hair roots

3️⃣ Ashwagandha Churna Dose: ½ teaspoon How: With warm milk Time: At night Benefit: Reduces stress-related hair fall, nourishes tissues

4️⃣ Triphala Churna Dose: ½ teaspoon How: With warm water Time: At bedtime Benefit: Detoxifies body, improves nutrient absorption

⏳ Duration: Minimum 8–12 weeks

🧴 EXTERNAL APPLICATION (VERY IMPORTANT) 🌿 Oil Massage (3–4 times/week) Use:

Neelibhringadi Taila OR Bhringaraj Taila Method: Warm oil slightly Massage gently into scalp for 10–15 minutes Leave overnight or at least 1 hour Wash with mild herbal shampoo
