Persistent Itching and Flaky Skin on Legs - #48095

Heavy itching and flaky skin between knees and ankles of both legs...experiencing the difficulties for past 2 years..the skin after snatching a lot it wounded and the color of skin became dark. Recently l am affected with pneumonia and lungs get inflammation so took corticosteroids. During the the itching stopped the skin became normal. Now the problem reappeared. Though used allopathic medicine..After stopping the medicine the problem reappear soon. NO permanent recovery yet.
