If many herbs did not help, it means the problem may not respond to herbs alone. Bangshil (Bangshil Ras) works only for specific conditions (mainly urinary stones/urinary issues). It is not a universal medicine, so it may not work for everyone. About ulcer Do NOT take Bangshil if you have an active ulcer or gastritis
