I am above to start brahmi to my kids. 1) 13 yrs boy with lack of focus, concentration, low memory and not quick in response. 2) 6 yrs boy with non verbal autistic, however not sever level. very low in focus and communication. please help me to understand, is brahmi helpful for the above conditions and how to start? is 250mg per day to 13yrs suitable? please help me with above.Thank you.
