Seeking Ayurvedic Treatment for Multiple Health Concerns - #48181

Goiter - Doctors had recommended surgical removal of the entire thyroid gland in November 2022. We went against the doctors' recommendation and did not get it removed, as it was benign. Can the patient take Dhootapapeshwar's Gandmala Kandan Ras for treatment of goiter / enlarged thyroid gland? Fibroadenoma in both breasts - Operated for invasive papillary carcinoma , grade II on 20-Dec-2022. Fibroadenoma in right breast although benign yet remains to be treated. Want preventive treatment, preferable to dissolve fibroadenomas to not let them develop into malignant tumors, as had happened in left breast, as recovery from surgery at this age will be difficult. Weight loss - The patient weighed around 53 kg before BCS in Dec 2022. She has been gradually losing weight since then and right now weighs around 39 kilograms. What can be done to increase weight so that her weight is proportionate to her height? Osteoporosis - Patient was diagnosed with Osteoporosis in DEXA Scan, which is done annually. She has pain in bones and muscles of hand, feet, and back. We want to prevent DEXA scan, as it also causes radiation to the entire body. Vertigo - Patient feels giddiness while looking upwards. She has been suffering from Vertigo, for 26 years now and is afraid to go out alone.
