Seeking Help for Chronic Dandruff and Premature Greying - #48233

Hello Doctor, I am a 22-year-old male. I have been suffering from dandruff for the last 5 years. I get big white flakes and powdery dandruff, and if I don’t wash my hair for 3 days, I develop severe itching. I have already used Marichyadi taila and medicated shampoos like ketoconazole, zinc pyrithione, and salicylic acid, but there is no lasting improvement. Recently, I am also noticing a lot of grey hairs, which is worrying me. I am a BAMS student staying in a hostel, and the food quality is not good, with irregular diet and stress. I want guidance on: How to control/remove chronic dandruff Whether dandruff is causing premature greying How to stop or reverse grey hair Whether I need any tests or internal medicines Proper oil, shampoo, and diet advice Please guide me.
