⚠️ FIRST: IMPORTANT SAFETY POINT Any testicular pain + swelling in a young male is considered urgent until proven otherwise. Some causes are minor, but one serious condition must be ruled out early. POSSIBLE CAUSES (Based on your details) 1️⃣ Testicular torsion ❗ (MOST IMPORTANT TO RULE OUT) Twisting of the spermatic cord → cuts blood supply Pain can start mild and increase Swelling may occur Often happens after sports or sudden movement 🚨 This is a medical emergency Best treated within 6 hours Delay can risk permanent damage Even if pain is mild, torsion CANNOT be ruled out without examination and ultrasound. 2️⃣ Epididymitis / Orchitis Inflammation due to infection or strain Gradual pain increase Swelling and tenderness Sometimes fever or urinary symptoms (not always) 3️⃣ Sports-related strain or trauma Common after physical activity Pain usually improves with rest Swelling is usually mild and stable 🚨 WHEN TO SEEK IMMEDIATE HELP (VERY IMPORTANT) Go to the nearest emergency department NOW if: Pain is increasing Swelling is present One testicle feels higher than the other Pain worsens on movement You feel nausea or abdominal discomfort ⚠️ Do NOT wait to see if it settles. WHAT YOU SHOULD DO RIGHT NOW ✅ Visit a hospital or urologist today ✅ Ask for a Scrotal Doppler Ultrasound ✅ Avoid sports or physical activity ✅ Wear scrotal support / tight underwear ❌ Do NOT apply heat ❌ Do NOT massage You may take paracetamol for pain if needed, but don’t mask symptoms and delay evaluation. REASSURANCE Many causes are treatable and reversible Early evaluation protects your future fertility and health You did the right thing by asking early.

Hi If pain is persistent and increased then you should see a doctor near by because this could be either testicular torsion or testiculitis This can be an emergency situation
