Seeking Solutions for Extreme Hairfall and Dandruff - #48296

I have extreme hairfall since last six months. I am 18 years old. Tell me solutions. I am also facing dandruff and hair graying on a large scale. My hair volume is continuously decreasing and they are getting rough day by day. Hair strands are also thinning continuously. I am losing more than 500 to 1000 strands per day. Please tell me any cute and solutions
