Severe Bloating, Skin Rashes, and Memory Issues - #48306

I am having severe bloating and burping issues through out the day. also stomach feels irritated after a meal and also suffer from hyperacidity. I also have skin rashes and itching, especially in the groin areas and anal region since last 10years. all allopathic medicines and ointments have failed. have constipation issues also since last six months. I am 42 years old male. also I cannot face the sun and heat and get immediately drained out due to pitta issue. have also memory retention issues. less sleep. anxiety.
