Diagnosis: Vata–Kapha dushti Triphala churna – 1tsp at night with warm water Dashamoola kashayam – 15 ml + equal warm water, morning Kanchanara Guggulu 1tab bd Haridra (turmeric) – ½ tsp with warm water once daily External: Warm sesame oil massage over jaw, neck & behind ear Pathya: Warm, light food; avoid cold, sour, junk Vihara: Hot fomentation, proper rest
