Hello Doctor I have swollen lymph nodes behind right ears and on left collarbone. I also have soreness around right jaw and neck and headaches due to TMJ… I feel tied and lack of energy and also I feel pain around left side below ribs.I am also experiencing dryness and bloating. Can u please help me understand what’s wrong and how can I take actions to correct the root cause of these symptoms…

Diagnosis: Vata–Kapha dushti Triphala churna – 1tsp at night with warm water Dashamoola kashayam – 15 ml + equal warm water, morning Kanchanara Guggulu 1tab bd Haridra (turmeric) – ½ tsp with warm water once daily External: Warm sesame oil massage over jaw, neck & behind ear Pathya: Warm, light food; avoid cold, sour, junk Vihara: Hot fomentation, proper rest
