In ayurveda also for+ this condition surgical correction is recommended and also u mentioned that u have already undergone surgery twice so at present the thing we can do is with some medicine we can control it so u can start with vatsyamayantaka gritham 10 ml melted ghee daily morning in empty stomach gokshuradi guggulu tab 1-0-1 after food chandraprabha vati 1-0-1 after food
