Urine ke sath ya kabhi-kabhi safed, chipchipa dhat nikalna aam baat ho sakti hai — yeh nuksan-dayak nahi hota.
Isse weakness ka direct relation nahi hota, lekin tension, zyada soch, anxiety se weakness feel hoti hai.

Zyada pani piyen

Proper neend, exercise, healthy diet
