Endoscopy results normal with no infection,no ulcers and no any physical issues. So, Gastroenterologist prescribed itscalm plus 5/0.5 for anxiety and stress. I would like to know any Ayurvedic medicine there for same and also can I take both ayurvedicand allopathic ?
