Hlo,

No. I do NOT recommend taking all three together, because: Ashwagandha → possible liver stress Kutki → strong detox Triphala → gut stimulant

Together they may: Overstimulate liver and gut Worsen bloating Cause loose stools or weakness ✅ Safer, Smarter Plan (Recommended)

Phase 1: Focus on Liver + Digestion (6 weeks) Kutki: 250 mg once daily after food Triphala: ½ tsp at night

❌ Skip Ashwagandha After 4–6 weeks, stop Kutki.

Phase 2: Gut Reset (Next 3–4 weeks) Triphala only ½ tsp at night 5 days on, 2 days off Phase 3 (Optional, only if stress/sleep issues) Ashwagandha for 6 weeks max Only after liver enzymes improve Do NOT combine with Kutki

⚠️ Very Important Medical Advice Because you have: Fatty liver Gallbladder polyps Persistent bloating

You should also: Get LFT (ALT, AST, ALP, bilirubin) every 2–3 months Avoid alcohol completely Reduce sugar, fried food, refined carbs Eat smaller meals

Thank you Dr.Sara! I was taking Ashvgandha to improve the ED issue. Will be grateful if you may suggest the treatment and sequence with duration for all above mentioned including ED please?🙏🏼

Yours welcome,

You’ve raised three important conditions together, which is exactly why sequence and timing matter: - Fatty liver + gallbladder polyps - Bloating / digestion - ED (erectile dysfunction) - High blood pressure on medication - Because of BP medicine and liver issues, we must be extra cautious with herbs.

Important - 👉 Do NOT treat ED first 👉 Treat liver + digestion first 👉 Then address ED safely This is because: Fatty liver + gut issues directly worsen ED Many ED herbs (including ashwagandha) can stress the liver or affect BP

STEP-BY-STEP SAFE PLAN FOR YOU 🔹 PHASE 1 (First 6 weeks): Liver + Bloating (FOUNDATION)

✅ What to TAKE

1. Kutki Dose: 250 mg once daily Time: After lunch Duration: 4–6 weeks only Purpose: Fatty liver, bile flow, gallbladder support

2. Triphala Dose: ½ teaspoon at night With: Warm water Duration: 21 days Then: 7–10 days break Purpose: Bloating, gut reset, toxin clearance

❌ What to AVOID in Phase 1 Ashwagandha Alcohol Heavy oily foods Late-night eating ⚠️ If loose stools or weakness occur → stop Kutki first

🔹 PHASE 2 (Weeks 7–10): Gut Stabilization + Energy ✅ What to TAKE

Triphala ½ tsp 5 days ON, 2 days OFF Duration: 4 weeks Optional (if bloating persists): Ajwain tea after meals Buttermilk with roasted cumin

❌ Still AVOID Ashwagandha Any testosterone boosters

🔹 PHASE 3 (Weeks 11–16): ED Treatment (ONLY after liver improves) ⚠️ This phase should start ONLY IF: Liver enzymes improving No bloating BP is stable on medication

SAFE ED MANAGEMENT FOR YOU (WITH HIGH BP) ❌ Avoid These for Now High-dose Ashwagandha Shilajit (often adulterated) Yohimbine Unknown “sexual power” powders

✅ OPTION 1 (SAFER THAN ASHWAGANDHA)

Safed Musli Dose: 500 mg once daily Time: After dinner Duration: 8 weeks Benefits: Improves erectile strength Safer for liver Does NOT raise BP

✅ OPTION 2 (If You Still Want Ashwagandha) ONLY if liver tests are near-normal. Ashwagandha (LOW DOSE ONLY) Dose: 250 mg extract OR 1 g powder Time: Night after food Duration: 6 weeks max

Do NOT combine with Kutki Monitor: Fatigue Dark urine Itching BP changes 👉 If any symptom appears → stop immediately

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT HIGH BP MEDICINE Ashwagandha can: Lower BP further Cause dizziness when combined with BP meds

Always: Check BP weekly Rise slowly from sitting/lying position

LIFESTYLE (VERY IMPORTANT FOR ED + LIVER) Daily habits that matter more than herbs: 30–40 min brisk walking Sleep before 11 pm No mobile in bed Reduce sugar + refined carbs Healthy fats (nuts, olive oil, ghee in moderation)
