mera prostate psa 8.9 hai. kya iska davaa se ilaaj sambhav hai ? aur letreen bahut mushkil aur thodi thodi der baad bahut zor lagaane par thoda thoda aata hai aur zor lagaane par sir par dabaao padtaa sir dard karne lagtaa hai jabki tight ya sushk letreen kabhi nahi aata hai aur hamesh pet me gas aur phoola phoola rehtaa hai. sham / raat me gas seene par kabhi daayen kabhi baayen dil ki taraf chadhti hai. peshaab baar baar aanaa aur baad zara - zara der me aati rehti hai bleder poori tarah khali nahi hota hai. kya ilaaj sambhav hai ?
