Can Ayurveda Help with Osteoporosis and Hypothyroidism? - #48453

Im new in this field of health practice,, but i do acknowledge its wealth of knowledge and information and everything about human survival. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis, 68yo f, been active all my life. 7yrs cancer free of endometrium. But still with hypothyroid 9yrs on medication. My question: do you believe in ayurveda that strengthening and resistance exercises can revert osteoporosis? Without the need of calciumD3 suplements? Any remedy on hypothyroid so i can stop my meds? Would be very greatful for your valuable insights,,❤️
