And I do have a Gut problem after an unfortunate dentist visit causing some serious reactions to milk, curd and lentils. Plus I do have constipation issues, dehydration, gas and bloating issues as well. So I wanted to try Churnam as well along with Thailam. I have a peripheral Neuropathic condition. Thank you in advance.

Doctors' responses

Yes, Triphaladi (Triphalathi) Thailam and Triphala Churnam can be used together. They work on different systems and do not interfere.

Triphaladi Thailam for eyes Triphala Churnam for gut Start ¼–½ tsp at night with warm water

Do NOT take with milk or curd For your symptoms (constipation, gas, bloating) Drink warm water, small sips Avoid foods that trigger reaction (milk, curd, lentils for now) Increase dose only if stools are hard

If loose motions or more gas → reduce dose It is safe with neuropathy
