Seeking Ayurvedic Solutions for Severe Itching and Skin Rashes - #48492

I'm a researcher at IISC, and as part of our field work, we will go to field and this dry season comes along with its own ticks and unfortunately I had no choice, I had tick bites but didn't see any visible ticks in my body, but eventually, my skin started itching and I'm now having severe itching and becuase of which it is becoming big wound rather than healing, I'm applying coconut oi daily but, it's been a month now, I have rashes in my belly, and thigh, I thought it will reduce but it is spreading the itch and interfering with my daily activities, I know this happens but I need an natural remedy and an ayurvedic solution, I don't have any other illness or issues, but dark spots and becomes reddish when itching and I can't stop scratching them. Also, I'm in bangalore, so dryness causes my whole skin to flake and adds to this.

Avoid sour fermented and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Use boiled water for drinking. Tab.Shati 2-0-2 Tab.Protekt 2-0-2 Urtiplex lotion for local application. Follow up after 2 weeks.
