I have chronic and severe acid reflux problem and it has increased in last 15 days. Lot of cough coming out from nose , mouth. And water from eyes. Specialy at night. I live inLondon. What home remedyI use for it. AlsoAyurvedic remedy . Please

Avoid chilled, dairy and bakery products. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Steam inhalation twice a day. Tab.Yashtimadhu 2-0-2 Sy.Gason 15ml twice after meal Follow up after 2 weeks.
