Seeking Help for Persistent Foot Pain and Gallstones - #48502

I'm 58 old female in uk. Indian. For 5yrs I have constant pain, burning, tingling, hot and cold feet and ankles. Pain while standing and sitting. No pain while sleeping. I have Raynaurds too.. all blood tests and mri and other tests are normal. Feet look normal. I have gall stones and sudden attacks of bloating in tummy. No upper right pain near gall stones. Thanks

Avoid oily, spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Use boiled water for drinking. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Tab.Brahmi 1-0-1 Tab.Kaucha 1-0-1 Tab.Punarnava 1-0-1 Sy.Calcury 15ml twice Follow up after 4weeks.
