Persistent Itchy Skin with Red Patches and Open Sores - #48530

I have had persistent itchy skin that shows up with a patch of skin that progresses with spots that are small to large in size with a somewhat lighter color than my regular skin tone and are a bumpy texture like there is sand on the skin or it has become extremely coarse in those spots. It then progresses to become more pronounced and redder and some become open sores where some don't. If I rub my skin vigorously, little balls of rolled up skin come off. My skin tends to be very dry even with lotion or oil and plenty of water andtaking ghee.
