मुझे सुबह कम से कम दो बार फ्रेश होने के लिए जाना पड़ता है, तब जाकर मेरा पेट साफ होता है l सुबह पांच बजे उठथा हूँ, उठथे ही प्रेशर बन जाता है, लेकिन एक घंटे बाद बिना कुछ खाए पिये पेट मे भारीपन लगता है, दुबारा जाने पर पेट क्लीयर होता है।
