Seeking Advice for Foot Pain and Burning Sensation - #48603

My aunty is 48 year old. Non diabetic . Since two months she is having severe burning se sensation and pain over right sole region of foot ( ball of foot ) . On the left sole also a particular point on ball of foot pain present. Pain on touch the ground. She is also having cervical pain and pain and slight tingling sensation of fingers. Now she wants to cure the foot pain and burning sensation. One doctor suggested: Gandharvahastadi kashaya at 6 am Amruthotharam kashayam at evening Dhanadanayanadi kashayam + karpasasthyadi 21 avarti at bed time. She didn't start themedication. Should she start the same or anybetter options please suggest

Avoid sour, fermented and packed foods. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Cap.Brahmi 1-0-1 Tab.Kaucha 2-0-2 Dashmularist 20ml twice after meal with lukewarm water. Follow up after 2 weeks.
