Seeking Digestive Support Without Increasing Inflammation - #48614

Client_a339c7

I have very slow stomach motility which means I can only manage two small meals a day resulting in being two stone under weight currently. I have tried Trikatu which helped but I had to stop it as it increased my chronic inflammation from CFS/ME. Is there anything that would work for my digestion but wouldn’t increase chronic inflammation please? Would Lavan Bhaskar be suitable? Thanks

Doctors' responses

For slow digestion with inflammation: Stop Lavan Bhaskar. Use small, light meals. Try hing (asafoetida) in warm water before meals. Drink warm water and amla Avoid spicy or very raw foods.

Thank you. I just wanted to make sure you understood by inflammation I was referring to chronic inflammation like joint pain etc. I wasn’t sure from your answer whether you thought I meant inflammation in my stomach. My stomach takes all day to digest one meal. Trikatu didn’t seem to upset my stomach but did increase the joint pain.
