Can I take Keela Nelli Leaf regularly for my gastritis? - #48615

Good evening I am 70-year-old Auditor and a pure vegetarian I underwent STENT operation 2 years ago, recovering well and taking regular allopathy medicines for Cholesterol and For the past 5 years, I have been suffering from Gastritis issues and taking RAW KEELA NELLI LEAF (CLEANED AND DRIED WITH LEAF, STEAM AND ROOTS) REGULARLY. This gives me good relief from Gas and also improves my appetite My questions are 1 Can I take KEELA NELLI LEAF REGULARLY in the RAW FORM. I am getting the leaves from a Known source 2 Recent Master health check-up shows NO ISSUES 3 I do not have any side effects I with KEELA NELLI .IN FACT, Keela Nelli tablets available in the market takes longer time for taking effect Kindly advise Warm Regards Sivaraveendran
