Struggling with Weak Digestion and Skin Issues - #48622

I have weak digestion with irregular appetite, gas, bloating, poor digestion of milk, eggs, fatty foods, and low digestive enzyme activity, which causes toxin (ama) buildup in my body. I suffer from acidity, acid reflux, burning in the chest and throat, sour burping, and discomfort after meals. I previously had an autoimmune skin condition (lichen planus) which is now controlled, but dark spots and pigmentation on my skin have not gone away. I have frequent skin infections, very sensitive skin, scalp psoriasis with flakes, oily yet dull facial skin, and uneven skin tone. I experience white coating on the tongue, bad breath, weak gums with easy bleeding, and black deposits under the teeth. I feel constant low energy, mental fatigue, poor memory, weak focus, overthinking, and slow reflexes. I also have cold sensitivity, throat congestion with fan or cold air, repeated cough episodes, and allergy-like symptoms. Overall, my body feels weak internally due to poor digestion, toxin accumulation, and low immunity.
