We are doing project by using leucas aspera extract. The extraction of leucas aspera is done using soxhlet extraction method with hydro alcoholic solvent. So, how much milligrams of leucas aspera extract has to be used for cough and soar throat. Say about the extract how much has to be used ....not about the powder Please provide about the extract how much has to be used for cough and sore throat.

For Leucas aspera extract (hydroalcoholic, Soxhlet) for cough and sore throat:
Typical safe dose: 100–250 mg per day, divided into 2 doses (morning & evening)
Take with warm water or honey
Duration: 5–7 days, or until symptoms improve
Notes:
Start lower (100 mg) to see tolerance
Avoid if allergic or stomach upset occurs
Do not exceed 250 mg/day without expert guidance
