Can I take Concor 5 and Triphala Churan together? - #48648

Hello Doctor ji. Namaskar! I take concor 5 for BP which generally remains as 130-140/70 HR 65-70 . This medicine has been prescribed by cardiologost. For constipation I have started taking Triphla churan with warm water from yesterday. Can I take both concor 5 in the morning and triphla churan in the evening at bed time daily. Please advise
