How can I manage my stress, anxiety, constipation, and piles? - #48708
I have stress and anxiety disorder in last 6 Months. Now I get one external bleeding piles due to 2 Days of severe constipation. Randomly i suffer constipation due to stress for last 3month. Frequently my hand and foot fingers end got tension,and piles mass also. i sensate the blood flow foot end while lying bed. What I do for my severe constipation, stress, anxiety and piles.

Hello, As there seems a direct connection between your stress-anxiety and constipation, it is better to address stress-anxiety as a priority. For stress-anxiety: 1. Learn and start doing yogasana and pranayama daily for an hour 2. Start taking chamomile tea at bed time.
Medicine- 1. Manomitram tablets(avn) 1----0----1 after breakfast and after dinner for 90 days. 2. Mahakalyanaka Ghritham 1 tsp 30 minutes after dinner. for 90 days
For constipation and for external piles: 1. Continue increased fiber intake. 2. Add fruits, dry fruits to diet 3. Drink 3 liters of boiled cooled water. 4. Include yam and buttermilk to your diet.
Medicines: 1. Pilex fort tablets(himalaya) 1—0----1 after breakfast and dinner for 60 days 2. Pilex ointment(himalaya) for application to pile mass 3. Anuloma DS(sagar) 0—0----1 at bed time with water whenever you face severe constipation.
