I have weakness after flu fever in legs cant walk stairs. i was sick for 5-6 days couldnt eat except water soup or nothing

Diagnosis (Ayurvedic): Post-viral Shwasa/ Ojas depletion, Mamsa Dhatu Kshaya (Muscle weakness after fever)

Rx: Ashwagandha Churna Dose: 3 g (about 1 teaspoon) Route: Oral Frequency: Twice daily Instructions: Take with warm milk, preferably at night. Can add a pinch of black pepper for absorption.

Chyawanprash Dose: 10 g (approx. 1 tablespoon) Route: Oral Frequency: Twice daily Instructions: Take after meals.

Triphala Churna Dose: 1 g (approx. ½ teaspoon) Route: Oral Frequency: Once daily at night Instructions: Take with warm water to aid digestion and detoxification.

Dietary Advice: Light, warm, easily digestible foods: khichdi, soups, ghee, milk, soft cooked vegetables. Avoid cold, heavy, and fried foods.

Lifestyle / Supportive Measures: Abhyanga (Oil massage): Warm sesame oil massage daily before bath. Gentle walking as tolerated; avoid stairs until strength improves. Adequate hydration. Duration: 2–3 weeks or until gradual improvement of strength.
