Even after doing regular gym and eating healthy my weight is not dropping and it’s been more than a year . It’s stubborn from a very long time.Suggest me remedies to loose weight.

Lifestyle Notes: Drink warm water throughout the day. Avoid late-night meals; eat heavier at lunch and lighter at dinner. Include daily brisk walk or light exercise.
