Triphala Churna – 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water.
Shuddha Guggulu – 250 mg, 2 times daily after meals with warm water.
Trikatu Churna – ¼ tsp before meals with warm water.
Amla (Indian Gooseberry) Powder – 1 tsp in the morning with warm water.
Lifestyle Notes: Drink warm water throughout the day. Avoid late-night meals; eat heavier at lunch and lighter at dinner. Include daily brisk walk or light exercise.
