Concern About Itchy Scalp, Dandruff, and Hair Fall - #48793

I'm having red scalp & dandruffwhich is extremely itchy and having tremendous hair fall.. also having white colour scalp acne on the red part ..Can't understand it's scalp folliculitis, psoriasis or dandruff.. What can be the diagnosis and cure??

Most likely: Combination of seborrheic dermatitis with folliculitis (infection of hair follicles), because you have both flakes and pimples on the red areas. Psoriasis is less likely if the scales aren’t thick and silvery.

Internal Medicines Triphala Churna – 1 tsp at night with warm water

Nimbadi vati 500 mg twice daily after meals

Manjishtha Churna – 1 tsp with warm water twice daily

Ashwagandha – 500 mg once daily at night with warm milk

External Treatment Scalp Oil Massage: Coconut oil 2 tbsp + Neem oil 2 tsp Massage 3–4 times/week, leave 1–2 hours or overnight, then wash

Herbal Shampoo: Neem / Amla / Shikakai / Triphala, 2–3 times/week Aloe Vera Gel: Apply on red itchy areas 20–30 min daily

Lifestyle & Diet Tips Avoid oily, fried, spicy foods Drink 2–3 L water daily Eat cooling foods: cucumber, coconut water, watermelon

Avoid scratching; keep scalp clean and dry Duration: 2–3 months for noticeable improvement
