Oral Medicines: - Triphala Churna 1 tsp at night with warm water. - Shuddha Guggulu 250–500 mg twice daily after meals. - Manjishtha Churna 1 tsp twice daily with honey or warm water. - nimbadi vati 2 tab twice daily after meals. - Turmeric/Curcumin 500 mg twice daily with warm water.
Topical Treatment: - Apply fresh neem paste or turmeric + neem paste on boils once or twice daily. - Warm slightly Karanja oil and apply gently on armpits and buttocks twice daily. - Use warm compresses 10–15 minutes, 2–3 times a day.
Lifestyle & Diet: - Avoid spicy, oily, fried foods, red meat, and dairy. - Eat more fresh fruits, vegetables, and drink warm water. - Wear loose cotton clothing and keep affected areas clean and dry. - Take sitz baths for buttocks lesions 10–15 minutes, 2–3 times daily.
Duration: Follow this for 7–14 days, then reassess.
