I am 23 years old female,I am having so much acne and hyperpigmentation , can I use Basic Ayurveda Mahamanjishthadyarishta for this problem,are there any side effects of this medicine

Mahamanjishthadi Arishta Dose: 2 teaspoons (10 ml) with equal water Timing: Twice daily after meals
