Iam 45, suffer from hairfall and thining, gas, blaoating, sometimes constipation, sometimes fine, rarely acidity,at times tired and sleep by 11, other times awake entire night, overthinking,lazy, want to do a lotbut no time, get irritated easily, no thyroid or overeating, still gaining weight on face,skin may get rashes only around eyes and neck if I consume dairy regularly or around periods, no thyroid,not diabetic, blood reports are fine,grt anxious easily,suffer from anxiety attacks sometimes. 3. Hair Oil Bhringraj or Coconut Oil – Massage scalp 2–3 times/week, leave 30–60 min
