Panchakarma for early RA with mild symptoms:
Internal Medicine
- Ashwagandha Churna – 3 g at night with warm milk
- Guduchi Churna – 2 g in the morning on empty stomach
- Shallaki (Boswellia) Capsule – 400 mg twice daily after meals
Panchakarma (Gentle Home-Based)
- Abhyanga (Oil Massage) – 15–20 min daily with Mahanarayan or Dhanwantaram oil
