Provisional Assessment (Ayurvedic): Raktagata Vata + Pitta dushti Manasika chinta Borderline Hypertension
Rx (Internal Medicines) 1. Muktavati Vati (Divya / Baidyanath / Patanjali) Dose: 1 tablet BD Anupana: Normal water Time: After meals Duration: 30 days
2. Sarpagandha Ghan Vati Dose: 1 tablet HS (raat ko) Anupana: Lukewarm water Duration: 30 days
3. Arjunarishta Dose: 15 ml + equal water BD Time: After meals Duration: 30 days
