No, If you already have low blood pressure, Arjuna tablets are generally not recommended.
Arjuna  is commonly used for heart health, but it can lower blood pressure slightly. Since your BP is already low—even though you have no symptoms—taking Arjuna may further reduce BP and could cause dizziness or weakness later.
For low BP without symptoms, no medicine is usually needed
